Terms & Conditions for Princess Hair Pizzazz

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Princess Hair Pizzazz, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the salon”) when booking or receiving services. By scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or visiting our salon, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Princess Hair Pizzazz specializes in luxury children’s hair braiding services, including scalp braids, cornrows, and related styling options. Services are delivered by trained stylists in a safe, welcoming, and child-friendly salon environment.
2. Booking & Deposits
All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied to the total service cost on the day of the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled in line with our cancellation policy.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
We will make every effort to reschedule at a time convenient for you.
4. Client Expectations
By booking with Princess Hair Pizzazz, you agree to:
Arrive on time for your appointment.
Bring your child with clean, detangled hair to ensure the best experience.
Treat staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.
Understand that services may take 2–3 hours depending on style selection.
5. Salon Environment & Care
Princess Hair Pizzazz is designed to provide a safe, fun, and empowering experience for children. Our stylists will treat every client with patience and care, but parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s overall behavior during the visit.
6. Liability & Safety
All services are performed using professional products and techniques appropriate for children’s hair.
Princess Hair Pizzazz is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed sensitivities, allergies, or scalp conditions.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to share any special considerations before the appointment.
7. Payment Policy
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
We accept payments via Vagaro, credit/debit cards, or other approved methods.
All purchases are considered final sale.
8. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed to reflect changes in our services or policies. Continued use of our booking system and services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
